Sorry, Chili's, mediocre service gets a mediocre amount of stars on my review. When I walk in with a small group and am left standing for 15 minutes while your staff walks by me avoiding making eye contact, you know you've got a problem. After having to stand for 15 minutes and wait, we are then brought to a table that is near the kitchen. Huge mistake, as the busboys and staff were loud as hell. We waited for another 10 minutes and just as I was about to get up and complain, our waitress shows up. No apology, just an attitude. We ordered our drinks and the tableside guacamole. 10 minutes later and with me having to remind her, she shows up with the ingredients to make the guacamole. Now, the only real plus about this experience was the food. I ordered the "mix and match combo" with half a rack of ribs, a 6 oz steak cooked medium rare, and a sweet corn on the cob. My steak was cooked perfectly and the ribs were fall off of the bone good. My corn was seasoned well and was probably my favorite part of the meal. My husband and friend each had the quesadilla salad. They enjoyed it so much that they got one "to-go" for lunch the next day. So my three stars is for the food, alone. The on-table tablet thing was also a plus. Pay the .99$ and do the trivia while you wait. It was a blast and there are a bunch of fun categories. Chili's, please fix the issues with your staff, as your food was pretty darn good.

Completely awful.. Fried pickles were not only not pickled but was also mostly batter and crumbs and very few pickles.. What was supposed to be steamed broccoli was raw and wet.. Steak was much over cooked and not seasoned well at all.. Burger bun seemed as though it was smothered in butter and was even more greasy than the burger itself... All and all it was an awful eating experience.. The only saving grace was that our server was friendly, polite, and timely..

The servers have no consideration for the customers... Cleaning tables near our food, shouting at each other in the kitchen, slamming chairs and sliding them across the floor. Usually I don't have a problem with being loud.

Long wait for food after we ordered, but the waiter was friendly so that helped. Food was ok but not great by any means.

Having received a gift card for christmas this year, I decided to take the family to chili's for dinner this evening. Arriving around 5:30, we were pleasantly surprised to find there was no wait. At first the hostess tried to sit us at a table, citing that they are forbidden by law to seat a high chair at a booth (which is a lie because I've worked in restaurants for years (up until about a year ago) . After informing her this was unacceptable, she said we could have a booth if my 11mo old could sit in a high chair...which, while untested, proved to be ok. Service was prompt, yet casual and we started out with our drinks and an order of Skillet Queso. The queso itself was great, but the chips were saturated, no, floating in grease to the point of being inedible. We did what we could with what we had and ordered our entrees -- two burgers. Both burgers were ok, if not a little dry. Mine, the southern bbq bacon burger was huge and for the first time in memory, I was unable to finish my entree. Our server came back for a final check and finally pre-bussed our table (I had been sitting elbow to elbow for a while with my dirty used plate) and asked if we wanted dessert, which we declined. All in all, I give this experience a B, but the grease-soaked chips really killed it all fo rme.

Being new to the Little Rock area I headed to a familiar location, Chili's, for a little 'fine dining'. The wait staff has been friendly both times I've been and the food comes out pretty quick. What more can you want from a Chili's!?

Probably the worse chili's I've been to. I know their food is good but we just got poor waiting service. The hostess sat us but we waited for 10 minutes just to ask for drinks and menus. We left shortly after. This place wasn't worth the gas, I'm glad Texas Roadhouse was just around the corner.

Got seated quick. (Good) We ordered un sweet tea. Had to ask for a spoon. We were told you have STRAWS. Waitress did bring ONE soup spoon. Service is good Food good and hot. Portion size good. Burger didn't have much flavor could not taste the bacon. By the way what the heck is this touch screen thingy on the table? Now I remember why I don't eat here. For me it's just ok. It reminds me of the restaurants in "Office Space"
